Mathias Lampry is a minor character in Red Dead Revolver.
This character is not available in the Showdown Mode, but his journal page can be unlocked once the player purchases the False Teeth from the General Store.
Background
Mathias Lampry is a citizen of Brimstone, who owns the General Store.
According to Sheriff Bartlett's Journal, old Mathias and the even older Verne Wiggins became friends after the funeral of Verne's wife. When the two are within a short distance between them, their "wooden prosthesis" stands out a torrent of words.
Mathias Lampry can easily be recognized by his burgundy bowler hat and same-colored vest burgundy and green or lime shirt, with a burgundy tie added to his outfit. He is one of the many characters you may meet in the streets of Brimstone, although it is assumed that the first encounter with the man takes place in the Pan-Atlantic Western Railroad Express, although the colors between the character models are different.

Events of Red Dead Revolver
Mathias can be encountered in Brimstone between missions. Specifically he appears in the first, third and fourth encounter. According to his quotes, he owns the General Store and was on en route to Tarnation to deliver a crate of fruits and turnips, but the delivery was cancelled by Mr. Black at the last second. Ironically, this might have just saved Mathias' life.
In the opening cutscene of the player's arrival to Brimstone, Mathias can be seen walking down the steps of the train station into the town, helped by Lily Belle Parsons.
During the Battle Royale competition, Mathias is one of the spectators watching the dueling event unfold. He can be seen standing next to Abigail Peppercorn. Unlike most town residents, he and Jebidah Cole are not present during the "Battle Finale".

- In the game manual, Lampry's name is misspelled as "Matthius Lamprey".
- The voice actor for this character also voiced Jebidah Cole and other miscellaneous characters.
- According to his quote during "Railroaded", Mathias is the owner of the General Store in Brimstone, although he seems to be delivering crates of food to clients personally.
