Cleveland can always be found carrying bags or boxes in Armadillo for either the Freight Station or the General Store. He will always spawn carrying the bag of grains in front of the General Store. Sometimes he can also be found helping out at Dewey Alcock's market. However, he is also known to frequent Ridgewood Farm or Plainview on horseback.
