Chogan is a Native American resident of West Elizabeth. His background and occupation are unknown, but he appears to be a traveling worker. In conversation, he may sometimes speak of a "fortune" buried near Broken Tree.
Interactions
Chogan can sometimes be found competing in arm wrestling contests at the Pacific Union Railroad Camp or lounging around a campfire smoking a pipe of Native American design. However, he has also been known to loiter around the general store at Manzanita Post, likely waiting for someone to offer him paying work. He is armed and will defend his person if the player tries to assault or rob him.
