The Infested Ardennais is a sickly looking horse.
Description
This is one of the three worst horses in the game, along with the Lusitano Nag and the Jaded Tersk, with all three of them falling into the "one-star horses" category. They can be identified by their tan hair, gray coat and dark face. The game claims this is a dark brown horse, however, this is incorrect and, just like the regular Ardennais, this appears to be either a Classic Champagne Roan or a Rose Gray Bay Roan.
Acquisition
- Note: prices listed on this page are based upon the player having neutral honor and playing the game on Normal difficulty. If the player has high honor, the selling price will be Increased by 50% everywhere except Thieves' Landing. Low Honor decreases selling price by 50% everywhere except Thieves' Landing. While playing the game on Hardcore difficulty, money is more scarce and the base, neutral honor price of each item will be slightly lower.
A permanent deed can be purchased for $50 from the general store in most towns, and some NPCs may be seen riding the horse. A domesticated Infested Ardennais without a saddle can sometimes be acquired for free in Tumbleweed.
