Red Dead Revolver

In Red Dead Revolver, a number of prostitutes (also referred to in-game as showgirls) appear in the saloon in Brimstone throughout the game. They appear to work as both showgirls in the theatre and as sex workers, based on their dialogue. The player can talk with these showgirls between missions, however he can never interact with their "services".

Christina and Tameri are the only two showgirls who have pages in Sheriff Bartlett's Journal. Christina is also available as a playable character in Showdown Mode. Megan, Tammy, and Rachel are three showgirls who the player needs to protect during the mission "Saloon Fight". It is also possible for the player to enter the bathroom on the top floor, where to showgirls will be having a bath. Although the player cannot interact with the two in a sexual way, purchasing the bathtub they have to offer will increase the player's health bar.

The boss of the mission "Rogue Valley", Bad Bessie, was a former showgirl at the saloon, renowned for the things she could do with a whip, before she turned to a life of crime.

Red Dead Redemption

In Red Dead Redemption, prostitutes (also referred to in-game as courtesans, whores, and hookers) can be found in and around the saloons or the brothels in most of the towns, most commonly at Thieves' Landing. Although the prostitutes will make advances to Marston, the player does not have the option of hiring the prostitutes. However in the epilogue, if Jack has low honor it might be the opposite where he will attempt to hire one only to be rejected. However, some of the prostitutes, particularly Rosalee Glover and Adrienne Lachance will be flattered by him. Nevertheless, the player cannot hire prostitutes in the game.

In Multiplayer two prostitutes can be chosen to play as from the Miscellaneous Women category of the Outfitter: Alice Thayer (unlocked at level 40) and Sarah Grace (unlocked at level 50).

Interactions

In various Random encounters, the player will have the chance to save prostitutes from attack. In one type of encounter, a man will be found trying to stab a prostitute with a knife outside of a saloon. The player can choose to intervene to save the prostitute or to let her die when the man begins stabbing. In another type of encounter, a man might be carrying a hogtied prostitute out of town (in another encounter, it'll be a regular citizen). Again, the player can choose to intervene to save her. In another random encounter, a prostitute will be found standing in front of a broken wagon and will need the player's help in getting to town.

Saving a prostitute in Red Dead Redemption can be rewarded with money, Fame, as well as Honor.

Undead Nightmare

Prostitutes can be found in the DLC Undead Nightmare as normal undead, Bolters, survivors and can be seen in random encounters, in need of a doctor due to the zombie infection or they may need a lift to the nearest town. A couple of prostitute survivors can be seen in Armadillo, stating that the cause of the plague was because of their "whoring" and will randomly talk dirty to the player when approached. Some prostitutes are also one of the Missing Persons. Also, sometimes they will still use their normal greeting and John Marston will respond as usual.

In Multiplayer a zombie resembling a prostitute, Sarah Reese, can be chosen to play as through the Undead category of the Outfitter.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Prostitutes in Red Dead Redemption 2 appear in most saloons later in the day, with the exception of those in Saint Denis, which are present around the clock. The player can interact with prostitutes but can only decline or reject when they make advances towards them.

Trivia

In the audio files for Redemption, dialogue for an Asian (Fong Ching) and a Black (Ella Swanson) prostitute can be found, although they are not used in-game. However, the two can be modded into the game.
If the player allows a man with a knife to "kill" a prostitute in Redemption but then kills the man before he runs away, then a glitch might occur where the prostitute doesn’t register as dead and may stand up but will not move or speak.
